This is a pretty clever idea: a jacket designed for distribution to Canada's homeless that has large pockets which allow you to add insulation when the weather gets...Canadian. It also folds up into a back pack when you don't need it. This would be really great for the homeless kids and squatters down here, too, obviously. Hey, I'd even want one. It seems really efficient and useful.
