Another weekend come and gone. Still battling exhaustion somewhat, though sleeping in does help in that respect, it makes for shorter days amid all that needs doing before our vacations. I finally sorted out some of the issues I had run into with this PC. Luckily, with the new LaCie monster drive and some patience, I saved most of what I lost in the drive crash. I had just about all the unsaved pictures still on the memory cards and microdrives in the cameras, and most of the other files were in other odd places like thumbdrives. ( Read more... )
