Roommate B and I were discussing the new JGL-in-the-new-Batman-movie news, and Roomie B said he didn't think JGL could be a good Batman villain because he didn't seem like someone you'd be afraid of. I said that Heath Ledger wasn't exactly an action star himself prior to The Dark Knight, and B said yeah, but Heath Ledger punched the shit out of people in Brokeback Mountain (not his words).
How many times have I told you to see Inception, Roommate B? How many times?!
This isn't the same roommate who said that they'd stage an intervention if I saw Inception once more (this was. . . er, two viewings ago?). I think Roommate A was joking when she said that. Possibly.
Roommate A and I went on a Tim Tam run yesterday, and the guy working at the Tuck Shop where I had some po-ta-toes (boil 'em, mash 'em. . . OK, I'll stop) was really cute and after I left I remembered he hadn't told me the name of the potato chip blog his friend runs. And today I realized I totally should have gone back to the Tuck Shop after getting Tim Tams and given him a caramel one, because he'd never had them before. DAMN it!
