30 somethings.

I am no longer in my 20's. I shall say goodbye to them forever.

What did I do in my 20's? Not a lot I'm afraid. Or at least, not as much as I probably should have.

Things I did in my 20's:

Graduated from College
Got Married
Had A Kid
Moved Multiple Times
Held Multiple Jobs
Searched For My Faith
Almost Died
Got Addicted to WoW
Made Friends and Lost Friends
Matured

Now that i'm in my 30's I don't know what road lays ahead of me. I just hope its filled with as many bumps, unexpected turns, and detours, but as long as I get to my destination, the trip is the adventure.

My birthday turned out better than I had expected it to. Now that I'm an "adult" and my sons birthday is only a week away from mine, I've been spending my extra time, and money, to ensure that he has a good birthday instead of spending it on myself.

Saturday I went out to dinner at Red Robin with my best friend Heather and my family. I always get a free burger on my birthday, so I figured that'd save us some money. It was fun. She gave me the latest Singstar game which we played today when she came over. I also got a new ipod for my birthday since my old one died, and I got guitar hero with the money Duncan's mom gave me for my birthday. She also took me out to dinner to Red Lobster (my favorite).  Heather also took me out to lunch today, but I opted for McDonalds so the kids could run around and I could talk to her without the whining.

So even though I have mixed feelings about not being 20-something anymore, I can't do anything about it, so I might as well enjoy my 30's.

Cheers.
