As tasty as expected. I overcooked the beans a little in the first round; may try steaming instead of boiling next time I do it.
Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs green beans
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tbs Olive oil
shaved parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook trimmed green beans in salted boiling water until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Drain. Saute sliced garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until golden (about 1 minute). Add green beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Top with shaved Parmesan.
