How you do all feel about using free stock vector art in the design of a logo. Should a logo be 100% original and your own work?

If, for example, you are going to need swirls and filigree, why reinvent the wheel and draw it when you could just get some stock images in 3 seconds and save time and energy. Thoughts?

I got a three day assignment for a portrait studio. I am designing collages for photographs with winter holiday themes.
