Whistle while I work...
I have been working diligently at finishing up Amy and Justin's wedding since I still have to work on Melissa and Nick and (eventually) Anita and Eric. I am totally stoked because I am pretty much done with the Ashland portraits (which was the bulk of it) and all I have to do now is lighten up some of the reception pictures. This is SO important for me to get done right now because I really have to wrap this stuff up before wedding season starts for me in May. Luckily, when I bought my second pack of actions, they really sped up the process and how well the portraits turn out in post-production. So I am just speeding along here.
My poor little Thayana came down with some type of infection in her private area, probably due to not wiping properly. Poor girl was in so much pain yesterday that she would scream every time she urinated. Well, since she didn't wake up screaming last night after going in her diaper, I assumed that the medicine must be helping a little and she wouldn't be in as much pain. After a lot of coaxing this morning, she finally went on the toilet without freaking out about it "burning". I am so happy for her. It's so hard to watch her be in pain. It's also hard to think that she might backslide with the potty training due to this infection. She has been doing so well.
Tariah is doing really well with her letters, and I think we may start writing her numbers here soon. She is so proud of herself when she finishes a page of letters. She also has an AWESOME memory these days. My mom told me to start having her memorize my shopping list, and we did that the other day. She remembered every single item that I told her to remember for me. What a champ!
I think I am going to have a Stampin' Up! party for my cousin Robin this coming month. Sunday, March 9th is the day. I want free products!!!
