I found a calorie counter online that would tell me the average amount of calories I would burn in a certain amount of time for a bunch of activities. No wonder I am so hungry - look at what I have been doing tonight!
Jogging: about 175 calories
Painting: about 331 calories (WOW!!!)
Typing at the computer: about 110 calories
And no wonder the experts say to get out and do SOMETHING - just walking for 45 minutes at 2mph burns 184 calories! Now I don't know exactly how accurate this is, but I would have to say that I have probably burned enough calories to warrant a snack. Fortunately, I am going to go to bed instead so that the snack calories don't stick and I can lose more weight!
