I am in desperate need of a doppel-ganger.

Coming back from Easter Break, I am absolutely terrified at how much I have to do before semester ends, and how little time I have to do it. With Vagina Monologue rehearsals, rehearsals for my final directing scene, and rehearsals for the advanced directing scene I have agreed to be in (although I have no lines, I just have to come on and act crazy, I still have to attend rehearsals), that leaves me little time to accomplish the OTHER major things I have to do, like oh....DESIGN A FRICKIN' SET AND BUILD A MODEL. And read my Modern plays, write the paper for that class, and study for Algebra because I'm still convinced by A was a gift from G-d. On that note, I have Algebra homework, due tomorrow, which I have not even started and encompasses four sections, and I have rehearsal tonight from 8pm-11pm, during which I can't pull my usual trick of doing homework while I'm not on, because everyone's always on stage, or at least in the house, watching attentively. Today's rehearsal will be frustrating as well because it's basically re-capping what we did last rehearsal, but now including the three people who weren't there. I feel like it's a waste of my time, though, and probably needlessly. But I hate feeling like I'm not really getting something out of rehearsal, especially when I have other pressing things which I could be working on instead. Blech, maybe I'm just being pissy, I'm definitely open to that conclusion. Hmmm...I don't have to go to Tech tomorrow, so maybe I'll just skip Algebra, but get up at the necessary time, use that open three hours to complete my homework, and then drop it off at Todd's office.....yeah, that sounds like a plan. Sweet. And on the plus side, this is the last homework assignment I have to complete for this semester, so that opens my time up considerably. Positive thinking makes for happier Bekahs.

On a completely unrelated note, being the huge, nerdy loser that I am, not only am I busy with curricular activities, but I'm also now clawing my way through a book about the origins of Christianity, specifically the sayings gospel history, and the DaVinci Code. I think it's an appropriate pair, but we'll see. This sacred feminine business is pretty cool, I will say.

And, yeah, I should probably look like I'm at least sort of working now...only 15 minutes left though!
