Warning - I'm not even going to attempt to sound intelligent or coherent.
2 am in the morning, a loud and loooooong crash wakes me and my husband up. Totally horrifying. He freaks out really bad and I'm freaked out. "Turn on the light!" Well, our closet fell. Cheap wire rack in closet not made to actually hold up clothes, though it held up fine for the past 6+ months. Nerves messed up and nausea. He didn't had a heart attack and I didn't puke. Something is wrong with my abdominal area, stomach, whatever 'cause nothing I eat settles well with me and what not. But I'm not worrying.
Next Monday, doctors visit to see what in the world is wrong with my hand. Perhaps an orthopedic will be able to tell me.
Oh, yeterday, two interviews, Maiden Middle School and Crest Middle School. Shhh, don't tell my current boss yet, but I'm now a Dragon. Crest Middle was very impressed with me and, honestly, the feeling was mutual. It's a big school, over 1000 students for 3 grade levels, but it's a country setting not far from a decent city. The principal told me the demographics and what not. I'm excited. Paperwork is still needed to be completed, they'll send me stuff and hopefully I won't have to drive that hour out there much more often than will be needed when I actually start the job. Guess we now know the location where we need to look for a house - not far from Dads actually would be right in between our working locations. And outside city limits (lower taxes and less neighbors). Aug 10. I'm excited.
New car, 2006 Pontiac G6. My T-bird is still running, but not all that well. It wasn't safe for me to be driving it as much as I was. In fact, it broke down on me just last week (not in my hometown either). So, yeah. We'll be paying for it for a while, but it's a really nice car and should last us that long if not longer. Well worth the money invested. We needed to build credit anyway, 'cause currently we don't have jack-squat.
Uhm... that's all folks.
