I'm loving this story! I especially adore the way you are portraying Severus. He is absolutely riveting. I realise the vampire is beautiful and perfect, but he's not a patch on the tough, sexy Severus.

Again, your mad skilz are just gorgeous. Her dress is so slinky and sexy, and the way the vampire's blue/black clothing shimmers is just riveting, but your Severus...well, you've outdone yourself.

I am so proud that you have highlighted this predatory type of behaviour. So many of us give in to please someone, while losing ourselves in the meantime. I have total faith that this Severus is going to sit back and scheme his way into fixing this situation. He might be just as manipulative at times, but he knows when to back off as well.

Thank you so much!

I've seen too many rl people give and give, but to takers and users. They never seem to get anything back, do they.

Yeah, I bet the vampire wants her hair out of his way... and off her neck... so he can bite her more easily! Stake him, Sevvy!

Cutting one's hair is always an act of defiance against a manipulative man. don't blame you for dumping that one in a hurry - saved you a lot of hassle later.

That one comment just shut me down concerning him. He lost all chance with me in one sentence. And no man dictates my hair style unless I ask, which I won't unless he is a stylist.

I've worked a lot of retail over the ages, and I also am not the kind of woman who would be okay with a man taking me shopping and telling me what clothes I can purchase. I've seen so many couples shop where the man will sit in a chair and the woman will try on clothes and model them for him and he will tell her which he will allow and which he won't. I can't imagine ever being okay with that. Different strokes for different folks and all, but for me? Dear god no! Way too stubborn and contrary to put up with that. ;D
