Time went by too slowly for Hermione. She was tired all the time, ridiculously hungry, occasionally ill, and always needed the bathroom. None of her clothes fit and she feared they never would again. But then her darling girl arrived and she knew the time was worth it.

Severus felt guilty. Poor Hermione had a rough time while he sat back and fell in love all over again. She was quite simply beautiful. He loved rubbing her belly and gently cupping her full breasts.
Time had gone too fast. Kissing her now empty belly, Severus decided Samantha needed a sibling.
