Well, that was one hell of an easy test. I shouldn't worry about these things, and yet I always do. Probably always will. And I'll spare you all the details of the test.
And I realized I forgot to rave about Happiness of the Katakuris, which I saw last night during Sci-Fi club. It's a Japanese black comedy in which the Katakuri family starts an inn. The inn is, however, out of the way and they don't get many guests, except that when they do get guests, they have an unfortunate tendency to die. Also, it's a musical. I'll stop there but I could go on. It was the funniest thing I've seen in a long long time.
I'm in such a good mood today. Not only was that test a snap, but Euro History remains really awesome. Unlike so many history courses I've taken, which don't seem to go anywhere, and makes history feel more like a random chronology of pointless events, this class deals with the trends and thinking of the times, and how this relates to history. Sort of like a political science course, but I've already realized you absolutely have to know the history behind all of this. Still, I'm loving the intellectual stimulation. We've just started the nationalism unit, which should be most interesting. Class today was just discussing views on what a nation is and what nationalism is, which was really interesting. The history to all of this is pending, and it should prove most interesting.
