If ever there was an article on the web that I absolutely could not let get away with just a link, it's this one.

It's like Tiger Beat for opera queens-in-training!
(if only we could get the young gay boys interested in opera again.)

If you want all the commentary, feel free; most of it is quite interesting, but, unquestionably, everyone needs to take a gander at all the delicious man candy visuals.

In the not-too-distant past, mildly bitchy opera queens would call these specimens barihunks, singers of exceptional beauty but modest (generously put) talent, cast with the intention of encouraging the more hormonal visually-inclined among gay opera fans to buy the more expensive orchestra seats. From what I can tell of their résumés, though, these boys are clearly spending as much time in voice studios as they are in the gyms.

Believe me, I ain't mad about it.
