an update
i know you all havnt seen me for a good while, but i have a few good excuses.
first off i FINALLY got the go ahead from dudes insurance last friday to strip my car of the aftermarket goodies. so saturday i got up early and went into work to start the sad process of breaking down my car. on a positive note i got 2500 dollars for the turbo kit; just waiting on the check to clear now. i installed it that same day i stripped mine (it was 10 hours of suck).
also, my wheels are for sale. 500 bucks takes a set of konigs that are now super rare since they have been discontinued. hell, the tires on them are worth more than that. ill put up a few pics of them in a bit. just do me a favor and spread the word.
friday night amber and i had an awesome date. she told me she was stopping by after i got out of the gym. what she didnt tell me was she picked up a full course meal and some champagne. very fun times ensued.
still havnt got word how much the insurance company is going to give me for my car. we are guessing between 10k and 12k since it was so well maintained by, ya know, a honda mechanic. me.
i did get a rental car though. its a 2009 dodge caliber. man, it is slower than shit and a piece of junk. american cars suck so much ass.
