What did you recently finish reading?
Tales of the South Pacific by James A. Michener
Not bad overall, but man, I wish there weren't SO many Pulitzer Prizes given to books about war...
The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab
New standalone from V.E. Schwab, so you know I had to get in on that! In the end I did enjoy it, but it wasn't my absolute favorite.
Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents by Isabel Wilkerson
Absolutely brilliant! But I'd expect nothing less from this author!
Smile as They Bow by Nu Nu Yi
Picked this up from my library for my Myanmar read as part of my Around the World Challenge, and it was fascinating! Female author, queer themes, and covering a local festival, this book was pretty much exactly what I was looking for by starting this challenge!
Instant Karma by Melissa MeyerFinally finished this one and it was just okay. I enjoyed myself overall, but it is significantly weaker than her sci-fi works IMO.

The Tarot Sequence by K.D. Edwards
Queer urban fantasy series that I'm enjoying so far. The first 2 of a planned 9 books have been released + a couple of free codas, and I've read all but the second book, which I just got from the library.
The Gentle Art of Fortune Hunting by K.J. Charles
MM Romance that releases tomorrow and I've got it on autobuy/plan to read as soon as it comes out!
