Should I ever be wrong to slander my boyfriend ever again, just remind me of last night.

MY BOYFRIEND IS THE BESTEST IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!!

Stephen and I planned to go out to dinner yesterday, but I figured he'd have a whole lot to do and it would end up being more of a working date, which I convinced myself I was...not ok with. Lol...so not OK with it, I told him I'd rather us not call it a date because, I was fine with helping him and all, but calling it a date would defeat the purpose and probably end up hurting me more than it would help. I just didn't want him to force time with me because he felt he needed to when he really didn't have time to. Just the whole struggling to support him with his ministry kinda thing is hard...and I struggle with figuring out when it's appropriate to scream "YOU'RE NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO ME" and when I'm being a bitch about things.

All the while we were having that conversation...he'd already decided he was going to show up at my door the next day in a suit and take me out somewhere nice. Yeah...guess who feels like a total "whench" as ME would say. That'd be me.

He took Jacob out with him to by me a rose...(awwwwww) and Jacob asked him if he was going to marry me tonight. (AWWWWWWWW DOUBLE SWEET!)

I definately came home from work, jumped in the shower, shaved, re-did my make up, and pulled out the strapless shirt, thinking to myself, "Tonight, I will knock his socks off." I don't stand a chance when he puts a suit on...(whoo wee!) So...the killer outfit went back in the closet for another night and the black and red strappy dress came out. I felt utterly rediculous at first, but only because he'd caught me off guard...and well...if you knew Stephen Friedrich, and he randomly showed up in a suit and with a rose in his hand, you'd wonder what the hell was going on too.

So after he calmed me down, and assured me that he was going to make some huge announcement or propose to me, the element of being freaked out resided and the nervousness kicked in. He made me itch my nose again...(my nervous tick that hasn't reared it's ugly head since the beginning of our relationship). Then he continued to stare at me and make me feel rediculously self-concious in that mushy exciting sort of way...(*gush* it's ok to throw up now, I'd understand) So, the rest of the night he continued to make me feel like the only, and most beautiful person on the planet, which the diva in me thoroughly enjoyed...as did the romantic in me, as did the [insert all other bi-personalities here].

I think he's successfully graduated from Camp Amy, and has moved above and beyond any of the expectations set upon by Laura. He thought up all of that on his own. I'm so proud, so moved, and soooooooo in love in a really girly, mushy, I should be puking, but totally ok with it kind of way.

Damn, he's good. (Or at least bought himself some patience and understanding for the next two weeks...) No he's just good.

(HEEEEH!)
