rain rain rain go away rain
been raining since last night. got out of the house for a little bit this afternoon. got a lil b'day gift for a friend's son; then, stopped in Sally's and Goodwill to see if they had any decent sweat pants and see what they might have for maternity clothes (nope, nuffin'.) so if the rain didn't have me feeling dreary enuff the stopping in shopping stores didn't help. we have a halloween party to go to later. nice friends but i ain't so enthused about that either; never been so keen on dressing up, unlike my husband. he's decided he'll be Earl and is trying to print out a half face mask and is going to buy a black wig, said i can be Earl's pregnant ex-wife Joy... i s'pose. we'll see. i'm sure we'll have some fun once we get out. i'll call shortly before we go and hopefully get some guidance on some sort of foodstuff to pick up to contribute. maybe after the baby i'll get mo' into cooking and baking but not yet. do hafta get to the grocery store tho, sure once i get mo' food in this house i'll cheer up.
