!!! it was so great! have you ever seen bull durham? jensen is this character crash davis, played by kevin costner, and it doesn't make sense but he's SO, FUCKING, HOT. ughhhh

so this fic was the find of the century.

there's a scene where the pitcher (jared/nuke in the movie) is shaking off crash's signal because he wants to throw a fastball, and crash is like, oh really, asshole. so he tells the batter that nuke is going to throw a fastball, and the batter slams it out of the park. but then he's just standing there watching, so crash flips out and yells WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I GIVE YOU A GIFT AND YOU JUST STAND THERE, SHOWING UP MY PITCHER? RUN, DUMMY! RUN!

and this writer totally nailed that characterization LOL. perfect for jensen.
