Life-of-the-Prey Blessing
Cost: 5m
Mins: Int 3, E2.
Type: Supplemental.
Keywords: Combo-OK.
Duration: Instant.
Prerequisites: Any Intelligence Excellency.
A Lunar knows better than anyone that there is strength in meat and in blood. The Heart's Blood is the greatest strength of a beast, but with skill, a Lunar can learn to cultivate the strength of a beast in its meat as well. This supplements any action to cook a meal made entirely or primarily out of meat. Those who eat the meal gain, for twenty-four hours, a single specialty appropriate to the animal the meat was taken from.
Examples: Survival (Desert) - scorpions. Presence (Intimidation) - bears. Athletics (running) - deer.
The meal made via this Charm can feed no more than (the Lunar's Essence+2) people. While the Charm is instant, the meal must be eaten within a day or its magical qualities are lost. To gain the benefits, a person must eat a full portion of the meal.
Nightshade-and-Cinchona Lesson
Cost: 5m1wp
Mins: Int 4, E3
Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Combo-OK.
Duration: Instant
Prerequisites: Life-of-the-Prey Blessing
The larders of the natural world are open to the Lunar, should he only look in the right places. This Charm supplements any action to cook a meal made entirely or primarily out of vegetation. The Lunar may cause the meal to take on the benefits or penalties of any natural plant he knows the properties of. For example, he may cause it to be as poisonous as deadly nightshade or as beneficial as the petals of the ghost flower. The meal made via this Charm can feed no more than (the Lunar's Essence+2) people. While this Charm is instant, the meal must be eaten within a day or its magical qualities are lost. To gain the benefits or penalties of the meal, a person must eat a full portion.
Examples: Deadly nightshade poison. Ghost flower petals, allowing physical interaction with ghosts but also a mild sedative. Rare southeastern orchids, reproducing the effects of Sweet Cordial (Exalted core, p. 378). Mete, a physical stimulant which dulls the mind and memory (Scavenger Lands, p. 91).
Stones for Supper Method
Cost: 6m
Mins: Int 3, E2
Type: Supplemental
Keywords: Shaping, Combo-OK
Duration: Instant
Prerequisites: Any Intelligence Excellency
To survive, a Lunar must be ready to eat anything. This Charm supplements any action to cook, allowing it to be applied against normally inedible targets. Using this Charm, a Lunar may make soup from a stone, or a fine stew from dirt. The flavor is whatever the Lunar desires, although the meal is still apparently stone, dirt or whatever else it was. It fulfills all nutritional needs. The meal made by this Charm, however, does not allow it to be used with Charms such as Life-of-the-Prey Blessing or Nightshade-and-Cinchona Lesson. The meal made via this Charm may feed up to (the Lunar's Essence*2) people. The meal made via this Charm will spoil within one week, but remains edible until that time.

Prey's Glories Unity

Prerequisites: Spirit-of-the-Prey Guidance, Nightshade-and-Cinchona Lesson
The prey's spirit is strong, and the Lunar's is stronger. While she cannot gift others the true Heart's Blood, a Lunar may give a gift that is at least close to it: the prey's true strength. This Charm permanently enhances Life-of-the-Prey Blessing. The cost, when granting mutations, increases by 5m per mutation point, one Willpower point and one lethal health level. The Lunar may now call forth mutations in those who eat of the meal, changing them in ways appropriate to the animal. For every five motes of Essence spent, the Lunar has one mutation point to 'spend' on mutations granted by the meal. Mutations must be appropriate to the animal, and costs are as follows: one point for a pox or deficiency, two for an affliction or debility, four for a blight or deformity and six for an abomination. In normal conditions, the Lunar must also add her own blood the meal to give it the power of the shifting nature. In the Wyld, this is not required, and the Charm can thus be activated without the HL cost. The mutations gifted by this Charm fade after a number of scenes equal to the Lunar's Essence. The mutations are never permanent.
