High: 92.4 Low 71.4 Rain 0.38 The rain started at about 8:00 pm.
Morning: Weeded 80% of chia and broccoli-kale-cauliflower-artichoke rows in C4 garden in preparation for fertilizing, reseeding, and transplanting. New phone arrived via FEDEX (even though I had called them yesterday and asked them not to deliver on Tuesday). I installed the battery and recharged the phone before we left.
Afternoon: Went to doctor (see medical journal for details), Walmart (bought food), and PO box. At the doctors, I spent a little time complaining about the fact that I've already gotton $350 in bills from the colonoscopy that was supposed to be 100% covered. PO had seeds from MVS. At home, I opened up the MVS package, and the tropical cannas were inside, and so was another package of expired dusty miller-silverdust. I called again, and he said the seeds were good, but he would credit my account if they don't come in by 11/3, when the other dusty miller-cirrus was due in.
Next: called Trakfone to activate my new cell phone. In a most tedious process, we entered 10000 numbers their system and mine, and transferred phone number, minutes, and airtime balance. After a wait, I added a 90 day, 60 minute card. The balance still has not shown up the next day. Then I tried to call myself from my land line, and the new phone did not ring. The old phone rang. I touched some key by accident and it deducted 1/2 minute from my total. This is going to take a while to straighten out. It did not transfer my phonebook, so I will have to do that manually, I guess.
