Date/Time: Tuesday June 27 Location: Califoooornia. Santa Monica Promenade Open To: Trissy!! Currently Involving: Dari & Tris Warnings: You never know with them
More than ever, Tris had needed to get away from everything. Get away from the wizarding world, get away from her family, and get away from anything causing stress or disstress. She missed people, sure, and she worried... but she couldn't take much more of the drama. So, she was more than glad for her escape with Dari.
Her arms filled with bags, Tris let out a happy and content sigh. The sights, sounds, and everything were just so amazing... she was glad that they'd chosen to come here. They were Stateside, which was interesting, and in a place that had lots of pretty boys, shopping, and famous people! Yeah, she could learn to like this. A lot.
Glancing where Dari was pointing, her head tilted top the side rather curiously. "... an apple?" She asked in a bit of an amused tone. "Who uses apples to sell things? Unless they're selling apples, but it doesn't look like that that's what they're doing..."
Dari was all smiles and plainly having a good time. They'd both need this getaway and even though Dari missed Jeremy like mad, she was glad they'd done this. It was good to have a little best friend bonding time, especially with everything that had happened lately.
"I don't know," she replied, laughing and shaking her head, tossing her hair back a little as she peered curiously at the window. It was confusing, definitely, and she couldn't help but be curious about it.
"Should we go inside an see?" she asked, always ones to investigate curious things.
This was amazing, wasn't it? Getting out, being with her best friend (even if she knew the girl missed her boyfriend -- but there were plenty of people Tris missed terribly too), and having a fantastic time. If anything, recent event had made her realize (again) that life was too short to take too seriously, and fun needed to be had. A lot.
Tris scrunched her face up again, just for a moment, before nodding her agreement. "I think it'd be interesting!" She said as she glanced over at her friend. "And it wouldn't hurt anything, of course. And we'd just keep wondering if we didn't, so... yeah. I think we should!"
Dari nodded. It did sound like a good idea, especially since Dari was a true Ravenclaw and if they didn't investigate, it would only drive her mad all day. Besides, what was vacation for if not to explore and try new things?
"Right.. I'm dying to know what that black thing is," she agreed, grabbing her friend's hand and pulling her into the store with her. She gasped slightly when she saw that it had a.. whatever that was.. with little pictures and.. little squares with letters on them.
"Oi, what does that do?" she asked of no one in particular, grinning as a very cute looking boy who appears to be some kind of sales person approached them and asked if he could answer any questions for them.
