Yeah, so haven't posted anything in... ah... forever I guess.
So what is up? Both tons and not much.
Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning officially launched on the 18th.
You can look me up in the manual under Assistant Designer. :)
So far we've been getting pretty favorable early reviews. The launch itself has been one of the smoothest I've seen in the genre. During Crunch time I put in lots and lots of hours, but was getting paid overtime which was very handy. However, now things have slowed down to a stupidly slow place. (We aren't allowed to fix issues yet :P )
In general things are much better now than they were a year and a half ago. I have an actual career with a steady income and the longer I stick with it the more options that are going to unfold. So that's pretty big news really. Past that, I moved into a townhouse rental a couple months ago. The place is very nice and actually cheaper than my previous residence. I've also read through the "Dresden Files" book series, which I highly highly recommend.
Past that, still no dating, still no girlfriend. I should really look into doing that at some point. :\
