"The Disappointment Artist", a collection of essays by Jonathan Lethem. I'm not sure what drew me to this book in the first place, and some of the essays were difficult to get through. But there are a few gems, most especially the ones detailing how he used various forms of pop culture to shield himself from his mother's death when he was a teenager.

Now off to prep the dance music for Arts and Archery. Note to self-no more commitments the week after Estrella.
