No crochet this time! I'm working on more buntings but haven't finished anything since my last post. Instead I've been working on:
These pendants have an embossed gear image behind the glass, but the glue got a little funky in the baking process and now they look strange close up. They are for sale but I'll give 'em to you really cheap 'cause they were test pieces. $5 apiece, they have little copper loops for putting them on a necklace that you can't see in these photos.
Dragonfly pendant. This one turned out brilliantly. I'd like $10 for it if anyone's interested. It also has a copper loop.
Broach for my Mom. I am definitely going to make more of these, as broaches and pendants. It's pretty small, only about two and a half inches across, and weighs a lot less than the pendants that use the marbles. This is another thing you can commission from me--I can put any image in the center and color it however you like AND use any color to frame it. Totally customizable, yay!
Onesies for my cousin's kids. Sadly not for sale, though I happily take embroidery commissions. I'll embroider any design on anything you can think of!
Jewelry organizer I put together. I was inspired by some organizers I saw on Etsy, but those used fabric and I'm using paper and modge podge. Would be very easy for anyone to put together, even the crafty-challenged.
I made two of these in colors that coordinate with my bedroom and hung them with this pretty vintage mirror from a local shop. I'm enormously pleased with them. My Dad is going to make me some more frames out of scrap wood from his shop, so hopefully soonish I'll have some to sell. This is a great item to commission because you can suggest colors you would prefer!
So as you can tell I've been busy. And this isn't even the end of it! I've already done more since I took pictures of this stuff! LOL. Hopefully soon I'll get my craft room organized and start that Etsy shop. Maybe over the long weekend....
