Goodbyes

I've just found out a dear neighbour passed away just a few minutes ago.....I've known him since I was baby really and he loved to tell me stories about his youth and how he met his wife and little stories here and there....and he always gave me advice and would joke with me.....He got sick a few years back, some virus that the chances of getting were 1 in a million and he never fully recovered...then they found cancer in the nose and the cheekbones....he was getting treatment but it all proved too much for him and he finally let go just now.

He treated me better than my own grandfather treated me and I am going to miss him so much.
