Dissertation Idea
So I've had an idea of what I've wanted to do for my dissertation all summer and I'm gathering information for it and I've just sent a message to one of my lecturers asking him to be my supervisor.
So, my idea: I was thinking of doing it on the tolerance towards sexual harassment and to see of personality has anything to do with it, along with gender. I've decided that a questionnaire would be best (not only cos it's nicer than going round interviewing people XD), one to figure out the personality type and then devising my own questionnaire to create potential harassment scenarios to find out their reactions and then correlate it to the results from the personality test.
What do you think? I'm worried it's not in the psychological domain but psychology is so freaking vast!! At first it was just tolerance towards sexual harassment but then today I came up with making it more psychological by adding in personality lol
So we'll see what he says. The lecturer I've asked is also the dissertation co-ordinator, so he'll def tell me whether it's allowed or not.
Up to now, second year has been pretty good...very stressful but overall quite good. I've ordered my books so I can start my studying. I need good grades this year, at least C+ s and hopefully Bs, and I need this dissertation to be a B >.< It's tough work, but I know I gotta do it if I want to reach my psychologist goal :D
