Saw the last bit of Dirty Dancing just now. IT MADE ME THINK OF QAF. I'm HOPELESS.
Other than that, it was really cute. The dancing is always, always fun, regardless of how the rest of the movie is. And I actually really liked the storyline. Or parts of it, at least. Some of it seemed rushed and kind of "we couldn't think of any other way to get to here, so we threw this in".
Lisa's singing was really, really annoying.
Also... I can see a bit of Johnny Castle in Brian Kinney. And Patrick Swayze is indeed very, very nice to look at in the movie...
Right. That was probably the shallowest stuff I've ever said about a movie, and if I ever watch all of it, I'll come back and write a better review. Right now, I'm just sort of wired and tired. Not to mention the massive amounts of homework that can definitely wait until tomorrow... [looks shifty]
