(no subject)
Well pretty much been life as usual since the holidays. Off and on research for Wolfram & Hart. You know the one year contract has got to be up at some point, I need to check into that.
Then there's this whole Pan thing. The more I think about it the creepier it gets. Which you know Vince has to be laughing since everyone including Alex is starting to say fine you were right. Well I knew he was right since it was taking away people's free will but the quiet was nice.
And yeah I'm still seeing Vince. I decided that I cared about him too much to give it up out of worries for the future that may or may not happen. I'm kind of impulsive and crazy that way. I refuse to worry too much about the possibilities and I will enjoy what I have right now.
It's Imbolc tonight, I'm going down to the shore to perform my ritual and watch the sun rise. I asked Vince to come over and he's going to stay with me and welcome the sun.
*steps out towards the water and using the athame Vince gave her traces a circle in the damp sand*
Spirits of the earth
Spirits of the fire
Spirits of the water
Spirits of the air
I ask for your presence, aid and protection
Help me to awaken the earth and bring forth the spring.
*lights the four lanterns at the directions and walks to the center facing the north holding the athame above her head*
Spirits of the land awaken
Mother stretch and come forth from your slumber
Take of your followers and be renewed.
*channels energy from herself and the earth and builds it within the circle*
By the power of earth
By the power of fire
By the power of water
By the power of air
By the power of spirit
AWAKEN!
*flings out her arms and sends the energy out from the circle concentrating on it going to where it will do the most good*
Spirits I thank you for your presence aid and protection, go with my thanks.
*extinguishes the lanterns and breaks the circle before holding a hand out to Vince with a smile*
Got a picnic basket full of goodies for cakes and ale, come on in and share.
