Avon WAlk 2009
It was much like 2007. Very emotional, inspirational, and inspiring.
Everyone was amazing! The volunteers, the fellow walkers, supporters.
It was hard. I didn't train hard enough. But 18 miles is nothing to sneeze at, and I am proud of myself.
My blisters are getting better and my knee is a little tweaked, but I should be fine by wednesday.
