The Producers
Well, it's all speed ahead now with the production. The Etcetera Theatre is booked for 8-20 November. Just doing all the "admin" now that I guess producers do.
The production details...
The Park Bench series, consisting of two one-act plays and a monologue:
Waiting for Goldman Sachs, by me
The Zoo Story by Edward Albee
and Mercutio Rising by flannelcat
By the by, the following jobs are available for the production. You won't get paid, however you will get to add to your CV that you have been with involved with a production at a proper London theatre. So if you want to get involved drop me a line.
Lighting & sound engineer/designer
Stage manager
Make-up artist
2 male actors for Zoo Story (auditions being held now) Update: it cracks me up that RADA does not have a careers centre so that producers can send in cast calls and the like. They said, oh no, we don't do that kind of thing. We have to protect our students. From what? Getting a job?!
Press assistant
Production assistant (a bit of this, a bit of that, if you want to be a producer this would be a good role to take)
