Reading
I finally finished New Moon, the second book in the Twilight series and I'm saying it, I didn't like this one and probably won't read the other two. It just didn't entertain on any level. Even the first one did on some levels, but this one was just tedious to read. Why did I finish the book instead of putting it down? I'm not sure. I guess I wanted to see what happened next. Edward coming back was about the only interesting moment. Bella was overly melodramatic about everything! After a while, it just got boring.
I've been trying to do a load of laundry while I read, but the machine seems to be on strike. I went down after the 40 min. wash cycle only to find that it was not working, and had not washed my clothes as I thought. I reset and again the same thing happened. So I tried a different wash cycle. It seemed to work this time. I just hope I don't end up with a pile of wet laundry. That would suck.
We've watched up to episode 10 of Merlin so far. The show is so much fun, and so gay. It's astonishing how gay. You'd almost think they were doing it on purpose.
I've been reading a lot of Supernatural fan fiction lately, and enjoying what I've read so far. Now I'm off to read some more, while I wait for the laundry to hopefully actually be washed.
