---Dracula.
2. One book you would want on a desert island:
---Some dense volume of an author's complete works. Just to cheat.
3. One book that made you laugh:
---Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Another recent read that comes to mind is The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore. I went on to read Bloodsucking Fiends by the same author, and I'll be sure to read some more of his silly work.
4. One book that made you cry:
---I'm sure I at least got a bit misty-eyed at the end of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy. I read all three books consecutively, and the final act in The Amber Spyglass is some pretty heartbreaking stuff, especially for a book aimed at younger readers.
5. One book you wish you had written:
---1776. Critical acclaim, extensive research, a Pulitzer and financial success? I'll take two, please.
6. One book you wish had never been written:
---The Da Vinci Code. Thanks for all the armchair historians and theologians with short attention spans, Mr. Brown.
7. One book you are currently reading:
---The 13 Best Horror Stories of All Time, edited by Leslie Pockell. Great stuff. From The Tell-Tale Heart to The Monkey's Paw and Call of Cthulhu. I couldn't make the wait until Hallowe'en. ;)
8. One book you have been meaning to read:
---American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I have it, and I'm sure I'll like it. I've just got to get into the right mood.

---How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way. Hey, I was a kid, but I thought "Hey, I might be able to do this someday!" Here's hoping.
