Ha, i just discovered what meme is.. means....
According to Wikipedia, a meme constitutes a theoretical unit of cultural information, the building block of cultural evolution which spreads through diffusion propagating from one mind to another to the way a gene would propagate from one organisme into another. This term was created ine 1976 by Richard Dawkins .
So clearly - and if i understood it right - the meme applications of LJ are called that way because the result is being calculated according to what's written on our LJ or according to our names/birth/etc... so to say the cultural information that appear are kind of given birth by our virtual genes... O_o.. Hmm is that right ?!
