I spent two hours today cleaning our tiny apartment. It was one of those top to bottom cleaning frenzies and now the place is sparkling.
I went to the RSPCA today and what a funny day it was. At the RSPCA I work only with the pups and today there were 4 rottie cross pups. They were adorable but that all changed once I had entered in. One of the pups started going for my ankle, trouser bottoms, shoes and legs. It was so BLOOODY sore and I was yelping so loud to try to get him to stop. He was only interested in attacking me with a cute growl that he had. I have nip marks on my leg and it is sore. I managed to escape and had to get another volunteer to help me. She did not beleive me when I told her about the pup but once she saw it with her own eyes she was in shock.
I wanted to get him so I can work with him alone and once I eventually got him he was fine. Did not try and bite me once. He was obviously like the donkey in Shrek but with biting, pick me pick me. I left a note for the manager as the pups had not had a temperment assessment done and told her to keep an eye out for number 204. They did not have names just numbered on the collar.
I have enjoyed my Sunday as Craig is working at Outreach till 9.30 pm. Forgot to mention that he got offered permanent at the Uni and also got a wage rise. He is really happy and loves the job. It is great for him as he has had some pretty shitty and stressful jobs. He finishes at 3pm on a Friday and goes to the beer garden at the uni with the boys from his work and plays golf with some of them.
His work are putting him on a 18 week teacher training course where he will be teaching apprentices once he has completed the course. The poor buggers will not understand a word that Craig says.
Meeting mum, Anto and Dae tonight for dinner at our local club called the Magpies. It is a 1 minute walk from our place. I also emailed photos of our place to you all.
