Elf
Elf is defined as "one of a class of preternatural beings, esp. from mountainous regions, with magical powers, given to capricious and often mischievous interference in human affairs, and usually imagined to be a diminutive being in human form; fairy."
Whoa with the fairy, and strike the mountain stuff, but the rest could describe this guy, a creation of my military son, who often doesn't have enough to do.
