So I just finished scanning through the personals on match.com again for the 10 millionth time and this time, just like allllllllllllllllll the others, I came up empty handed. 1. I would go for C, but that's just me. I have too much going on in my life to even think about dating. Plus, it's been so long, I've forgotten how it all goes.

2. It's the same as if you were walking around in public. This person might ignore you, another might look at you. No sense stressing about it.

3. I don't think so, but there just might be a "close enough."

4. I've pretty much always known I was going to die alone. Probably surrounded by cats. I get comments from some people (when they find out I have no interest in marriage or children) about how there'll be nothing behind after I'm gone, no legacy. Um...who cares? I'm not here to leave a mark, I'm just trying to get through it the best I can. If someone wants to share that with me, fine. But I'm not going to fall apart when I'm 40, childless and unmarried.

Exactly. If I can find someone to put up with all of my imperfections, it'll be a damn miracle!
