After work Wednesday I drove home. The whole ride home I talked to Megan on the phone so it went by really fast.

Thursday started by getting up early and doing what I always do when I home, YARDWORK! It was fun. Trust me. After doing that for a while I went to Lakeside and picked up my tux. It fit great although I couldnt figure out how to work the belt thing. So I got home and got some food in me. Jealous?

At about 6 I went over to matts and waited to head to Addison Oaks. Mark an I rode together and had no problems finding the place. Where they got married was really nice. They had a little courtyard where the ceremony was going to be held and the hall was good too.

For anyone who didnt know, I was the best man(go figure). I got paired with Allisons sister Mandy. She was as crazy as me so it worked out well. The rehearsal went very well and wasnt all that long. We had to practice walking. Now ive had a lot of practice walking already in life so I had no problems. Mandy and I also fooled around and tried to kick matt and allison when they were walking. It was all in good fun.

After we went to dinner at some place. Mark and I got really lost because we were getting different directions from four different people. This was because no one person picked up their phone on consecutive dials. Lame. So we were the last ones there which is fine because they didnt order food until we got there.

Friday was some more yardwork stuff. Bliss. Then the rest of the afternoon was running around getting stuff together for the bachelor party. People started coming around 7:30 which is about what I expected. We played 4 games of poker I think in total, with varying people and amounts for each game. We finally left my sisters around 3am after watching some sweet south park on demand.

Saturday I tried to sleep in a little but no such luck. I kinda just layed in bed and put off actually getting dressed. Eventually I did and decided that since the wedding was that night I should probably start writing a speech.

I did that and got some food before we left. We had to meet at the hall at 4 and we made it there right on time, which makes me happy. The room that the guys got to change in was a box. It was just a little box with no bathroom that connected to it directly. Yeah it was sort of annoying to have the seven guys changing in a 5x5 room. It made me feel like we were getting dressed for a baseball game in highschool. Plus the women kept checkin in on us like we were five when in reality only the ring bearer was five. I got dressed and grabbed the rings. We were then off to picture time.

Pictures went fine. Basically im one of the most dashing gentlemen in human history. Bank it!

Then we had to all sorta get ready and line up. It amounted to us greeting people as they came in. The guy running the show actually told we had to line up further back so people would stop chating with us and just sit down. Eventually Matt went in and we all walked in together. The ceremeony itself was good except I didnt really care for the pastors bible verses. As for my part. I got the rings out with flawless percision. I rule.

After that we had more pictures. Nooooooooooooooooooooooo. Then I had to sign some stuff for them.

We all got announced in and that was pretty cool. When I walked in I gave the crowd the classic thumbs up!

Mandy then gave her speech. It was actually really long which got me really scared because mine wasnt long at all. But I finally got to give mine. To say that it went well would be a huge understatement. I had most of the room crying, then laughing, then crying then laughing. All of which I didnt know until later. Then I didnt know i was suppose to do a toast thing, so I kinda made a joke of that as well. But through the rest of the night I had people I knew and didnt know telling me how great it was. So yeah im pretty bad ass.

Dinner then was great. I havent had a meal that great in a long time. Then we did our dancing which went well even though I dislike dancing, unless its a slow song.

The rest of the night was all about mingling with family really. Towards the end of the night us younger folks just chilled.

Sunday was a lot of running around again and a short bbq thing at my aunts. I got there late because I cleaned Hallmark with my sister so everyone was really gone except the younger kids. The time was highlighted by being Jay in horse five games in a row.
