I worked here yesterday:
and they released the cutest thing youve ever seen onto the savannah/on stage/with all the other animals/where the trucks are 3 days ago...and guess whos truck it crossed in front of today! I wish I could take pictures while Im driving. Sometimes I get to see the most amazing things.
AND a baby thompson's gazelle was born ON THE SAVANNAH yesterday morning. They left it out there until the mom left it alone and the white bearded wildabeest went after it (they did that to simba too! except this time wasnt quite so bad)...so naturally, animal care rescued it right away. They only weigh 5 pounds when theyre born!
