(no subject)
reasons why my life rocks right now:
a) Omarr suprising me the other night
b) finding out at work today that Im making more than I thought I was cause "net gratuities" apparently doesnt include ALL card transactions. Just the ones on the Disney Dining Plan/Room charges. I still get to add in my Visa, Mastercard, etc tips! annddd my cash!
c) the little boy at my table today that stopped me in the middle of his meal to give me a hug
d) mustering up the guts to do the incredibly embarassing "hey everyone in the dining room! stop EVERYTHING and look at me! NOW! listen to me shout for the next 5 minutes about this kids birthday!" mess they do at Tonys...and it was successful. My face didnt turn red as predicted and my voice didnt crack...annnddd I was LOUD! these things just dont happen to me.
e) walking in the door after work to find my apartment newly furnished...with one of those nice, large, round, cushioned wooden chairs in my room (with a footstool!) AND bookshelves outside my door waiting for me to find room for them.
f) walking in the door and being offered chicken and pasta
g) guess who has a safari shift tomorrow!
h) guess who scored Crystal Palace shifts for the weekend!
i) being asked by a fellow (attractive?) server if I was some sort of "Nordic swinsuit model." Interesting, yet appreciated. Compliments are always bomb ass.
Im pretty sure thats about it. Not to mention the rockin trip I took to Pittsburgh this past weekend. I miss that city. I miss those people.
