Had my usual afterschool private students today. The parents of one of them have recently invested in a "real, professional quality" instrument. It is just beautiful! The sound is magnificent and the student is totally in love with it, plays it all the time. Today we were talking about devoting oneself to one's music and she informed me that she plans on being a stringed instrument teacher.
