I'm really disliking Nobuta's author, Gen Shiraiwa's, writing style. He's a Japanese Faulkner...and if his bloody book was written in English, that would be a compliment. Everything else about his book is managable; the story is interesting, I like the characters I've met thus far, the vocabulary is moderately easy, and there isn't that much Kanji

Japanese scholars write long sentence, usually, but we Korean write Japanese sentence shortly and individually.
Some people thinks it's traditional, and they like it, but it's the kind of hell for foreigner student.

Hotto is Hot coffee.

Biru is Buliding (Bi ru ding)
Bi-ru is Beer.
Terebi is TV.
Homuran is Homerun......

There are many many kind of Tororo.
Grate brown seaweed's root, yam(Dioscorea batatas),ear shell...etc...
and it's being gooey, you can put in your bean-paste soup (Miso-siru), and eat it.
Tororo is very gooey, like a Natto, you can imagine Tororo.

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only person who thinks that Japanese writers are...difficult. Comics are easy. Short dialogue, ha ha! Novels are scarier. Oh well. It's the only way to learn, right?
