Okay, this is on the subject of the whole "who is going to play Kurt's love interest on Glee" speculation/spoilers whatever.

Finally someone sensible on the topic (okay so there are sensible people in general but you know what I mean). Though I think one of the arguments is that one of the biggest slash ships is Kurt/Puck and they hardly interact, because apparently fandom doesn't know the difference between slash fic and canon (which would explain a lot at times).

I am slightly familiar with Darren Criss and he is very cute and charismatic (I saw him on Eastwick) when he wants to be.

I just think people should chill and wait for things to play out. There's no use in rending your metaphorical clothes over something hypothetical.

Oh right, Puck/Kurt. Totally forgot about them while making this post. Kind of funny how huge that part of fandom is based on such minimal interaction but at least there was something, and hope for more in the beginning. But oh dear that blur between canon and fanon.

I definitely have to find more clips of him before his appearance on Glee, but so far I approve. He seems more likable to me than Chord, more personality.

Basically. Let's not get ahead of ourselves when there is hardly anything to even base anything off of.

It's so strange to judge a ship or be invested in a ship when you know nothing about how it'lll actually be.
I'm intrigued by the idea of both ships, and I'm just excited to see how it'll play out.

Although I do get the argument about wanting Kurt to date someone who is an actual cast member on the show versus someone who will guest star in a handful of episodes and perhaps disappear.

I mean for there to even be these long metas about Sam/Kurt is just a bit much for something not even developed yet at all. Ugh, why couldn't this all be a surprise lol. Damn you mixed rumors.

Ah, see I wasn't even sure if Sam was going to be a permanent character but if he is then I can understand how Sam/Kurt would be more likely. And I hope to see Blaine around for awhile but I suppose I should wait until I actually see him on screen before judging that, heh. I just hope whoever it is, more Kurt fans will be happy as long as he's happy and there isn't some stupid ship wars, ughhhh.

haha long metas about Glee in general seem kind of silly since it feels like everyone's characterizations change from week to week on this show.

I don't really know if Sam is permanent or not and it's possible that Ryan Murphy doesn't even officially know yet either. But since he is an actual member of the Glee club and does have other connections on the show besides Kurt (haha actually he has NO connection to Kurt now) I think it's very likely he could stick around.

Well, more likely than someone from another school whose purpose on the show is just to date Kurt, you know?

But of course anything is possible.

I just hope whoever it is, more Kurt fans will be happy as long as he's happy and there isn't some stupid ship wars, ughhhh.
Yea, definitely. haha I'm sure there will be ship wars either way though. The Glee fandom seems kind of scary in that way.
