i finally get to use the computer. latte has been raising hell with the kitten, so i had to lock her in my room. she then discovered it is quite fun to watch the mouse on the computer moniter, and overall be in the way. she is sleeping now...which is the only time she is not a bad girl.

so now for something completely different, and the reason for my posting.

friday was 9 months for Anita and i. that makes me happy. i am so in love with her. she got an industrial done, its going to look hot when it heals. hell, it looks hot now...she is the love of my life. she means everything to me,

i am sleepy. anita was going to come down and spend the night, but now i dont know.  she hurts and doesnt want to leave the animals alone in her house. i miss her and i want to see her, but she doesnt want to leave her house.

tomorrow is her 22nd birthday too. YAY 22!

today is jessie's birthday...dont know how old she is, but YAY JESSIE!

mom's is today too, but no one cares, lol

i think it is mafia day on the Hitler...err, History Channel.

i found this video in one of the Gay LJ groups i'm attached to

so true, so true.

the Separate but Equal clause of Plessy vs. Ferguson can no longer be upheld. it was ruled unconstitutional in Brown vs Board of Education. it was an issue of civil rights. not just for schools, but for all segregated areas. now marriage is segregated. "oh, we'll give you civil unions. its like a marriage, but your partners, not husband/ wife and husband/wife."

my right to protest was denied while attending school by an administrator. i pulled up Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, got a few teachers to uphold my case against the administrator, and the teacher and administrator against me could not inhibit my peaceful protest.

if you did not know, my protesting was not standing up for the pledge of alleigance. i could not find in my heart and conscience to pledge to a flag drenched in the blood of the innocent people of iraq, afganistan, and palestine.

after that argument with the teacher and administrator, i continued attending the class. i did not stand for the pledge. the teacher, not wanting to look at the book, asked students to call out a math question. she kept getting it wrong. she finally got the book and looked at it, than yelled at the class for purposefully trying to confuse her and giving the wrong equation. i said 'we've been telling you the right thing the entire time.' she stopped, looked at me, and stanted "you little bitch' (or something of the like...it was in 10th grade) the entire class (of almost 30 students) got quiet, she told me to leave the classroom. outside she began berating me for having my own opinion. that people were dying in iraq for 'my freedom' and the flag. instead of doing what i wanted to (punching her out) i walked down to the guidance counselor. the issue was explained, and other cases where similar acts of profanity and name calling by the certain teacher was brought up with the princiipal. i know of at least 5 instances of this happening. she has yet to be fired.
and again my rights, and the rights of all american citizens are under attack by an unconstitutional act by our 'president' (term is used loosely...)

By a declaration of rights, I mean one which shall stipulate freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of commerce against monopolies, trial by juries in all cases, no suspensions of the habeas corpus, no standing armies. These are fetters against doing evil which no honest government should decline: Thomas Jefferson

the author of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution would not support the works of our current king...err...President.

now we have pissed off the middle east even more. N.Korea and Iran are out to get us. we'll probably enter another Cold War.

i think we all should re-vote Clinton back into office. i dont care if the 2 term limit was made illegal after FDR, clinton needs to clean up the mess of (another) Bush.

and a quote for all to remember:

"Socialism is the Diet Pepsi of Communism, and America is the Pepsi One." - Courtney LaCava

that is the political rant of Angry Dyke...
