Achey, hurty ouch

I've been swimming for the last month, all part of the get healthy gradually plan, Jan was cutting out drinking in the week, feb is exercising, march will be cutting down smoking then april will be healthy eating. I figured if i did it in stages like this then i won't do the usual thing of doing everything full on for 6 months then getting bored or losing motivation.

I thought i was doing ok with the swimming until i went to a circuits class last night, when i turned up i thought it might be a bit girly as it was mostly women (not complaining though, some of them are hot) but oh boy was i wrong. After the first circuit i had to sit some of the exercises out while the 40 something ripped dudes i was teamed up with plowed on full steam ahead.

I am officially fit for scrap, everything hurts this morning but i can't wait to get back next week to see if i can make it through a whole session.
