Fight fiercely?
I saw my first Yale basketball game today. JD is into bball, and the Columbia Women's team had a rare Sunday afternoon game... so we went. Yale won; JD was rooting for Columbia; I was of mixed emotions. On the one hand, I never rooted for Yale athletics while I was a graduate student, so why should I start now. On the other hand, it's not like I have a great love for Columbia University. So I just cheered when players did a good job, had a fun time, and didn't over-analyze things. :-)
