i remember how PROUD of myself i was when mike was in california for most of the year and i went to my first movie in the theatre alone. it sounds dorky but after having a built-in partner for these things and realizing that other people had built-in partners or busy lives or whatev. i went and saw "seven pounds" and when i got into the parking lot i realized "i just went to the movies alone on a friday night" and it was a good feeling. <3 jo
