I've remembered something I do love about this area: the soil. It's amazingly rich with tons of worms and the perfect texture to grow anything!
This morning I plotted out the garden location, raked last years leaves off the lawn and started to dig the drain for the garden. It felt good to be utterly filthy and productive at the same time! I wish I didn't have to work this afternoon... I'm dying to head back out and finish my yard-work!
