Parade's End
I just started listening to an audiobook of Parade's End, because it sounds interesting and I really want to watch the miniseries, but I don't want to watch it before I've read the book. I am so glad that people are still happy to cast Cumberbatch as awkward and ungainly, since that is what he most definitely is. :-D
Already I know that the cast is PERFECT! In fact, this picture basically sums up MacMaster and Tietjens:
I am not looking for pictures of the Tietjenses because they haven't interacted yet in the book, and I don't want to spoil anything for myself. But Rebecca Hall has never disappointed.
In other news, one of my students managed to put a subliminal message about Cumberbatch into her senior thesis presentation. And it was the best presentation of the year. :-P
