type-tappety-type

That's all I've been doing for the last few days - typing (well, also, making things up).  It's got to the point where I'm writing complete baloney, but at least I've decided where the shocking denouement will be.

I remember it well and I might even read the book, breaking my no-thrilers rule.

Along with you I adore FNL (as much as Supernatural) I have a particular fondness for Riggins, though I adore all the characters. I also think I'm the only person on the planet who doesn't hate Lyla Garrity.

I love Matt, but we've not really seen much character development for him, except he's standing his ground more.

But Tim, Lyla and Jason? They're my fave characters among the teens. Having said that, I love Tyra's strength. My son wants to marry her.

Just realised I used your other name in my post! Lyla is a very convincing character, and completely understandable. I'm watching it on ITV4, so I'm only about four episodes in, but I love the layers of characterisation. So good.

Doesn't matter - it's not a sockpuppet.

I'm both dl and watching on ITV4.

I have no comment other than to say that LW's Side of the Road is a perfect song.

You're so right. It's like a little scene from a road movie, isn't it?

Anyway, I'm currently listening to a Lucinda shuffle on iTunes as I write. It works for me.

And that verse about I wanna know you're there but I wanna be alone...

Another song that I know must have been written about me.

That is a great line. A very atmospheric and familiar sensation. Someone there, waiting for you, there when you need them - but you need to get away, on your own for a while.

Hey, haven't you realised by now that ALL songs are written about you?

Or, maybe you just like the artists that write with your voice. Either way, it's wonderful to find that someone else has had the same precise sensation that you have had.

Anyway, mad stalker's about to threaten our narrator. Better go and sprinkle some suspense on the situation.
